CSHW has a contract with the Legal Services Commission, (until recently known as the Legal Aid Board) in the areas of Personal Injury and Family/Matrimonial. We will always confirm if you are entitled to advice under the scheme.
We are always happy to provide details of charging rates and will give quotations for specific jobs where appropriate (including fixed price conveyancing). We will always also advise on the availability of and eligibility for, a Legal Services Certificate (previously called Legal Aid). In some instances, conditional and fixed fees may also be available and will be considered upon request.
